In a world that never grows quiet—a world that challenges us with a tide of the transient—I create works intended to foster a sense of quiet and invite mindful perception. Spaces come into being that invite visitors to linger and connect. The images leave room for an inward gaze and moments of stillness. A minimalist visual language brings elemental tones and minimalist compositions together.

Matter and Substance

My work draws its strength from the tension between raw texture and meditative radiance. I capture the beauty of structure and color in their elemental depth and quiet longing, guided by a minimalist spirit—from rugged reliefs to tranquil surfaces. In the cracks and imperfections, I see a reflection of life; these fragments become the starting point for refinement through layering and reduction toward a golden foundation.

The Architecture of the Square

Since my creative reorientation at the turn of 2022/23, the square has been the central focus of my independent work. From small, individual pieces to powerful, large-scale works, this symmetry lends my imagery an architectural clarity and provides a focused frame for the mind in turbulent times.

GoldenEdge: The Foundation

The launch of GoldenEdge (2026) establishes a formal anchor point: while the image surface retains its character, the work rests on a hidden, hand-finished foundation of rich gold shellac ink.

This muted radiance discloses itself to the viewer as a “Hidden Reminder” only through a change of perspective—an invitation to change one’s point of view in order to recognize the blessing that lies hidden. It is a quiet symbol of being carried in the depths—a precious foundation that rests in stillness.
